innovative service allows users to receive any number of incoming calls, even with only a small number of
telephone lines onsite. Callers never get a busy signal, regardless of how few or how many lines
you pay for each month.

Here is how it works:
1. Get a new number or port an existing telephone number to our service.
2. Callers will hear your customized greetings and listen to your custom messages and hold music. You pay
only 0.5¢ per minute for the time your callers spend on hold. While on hold, the callers can:
- press a key and be transferred directly to a specific extension in your office
- Be suggested to press a key and leave a message
- Listen to promotional messages in between hold music
- After a certain period of time be transferred to voicemail or to a specific extension
3. When your personnel are available, calls may be connected:
- via landline to your existing telephone equipment at 1¢/minute
- or, via a VoIP adapter to your existing equipment for $15.00 / month with no per minute charge
- or, via cell phone at 1¢/minute
- or, via a VoIP phone for $15.00 / month with no per minute charge
