Douglas Telecom's real-time
number management allows users full access to important
information via their personalized online accounts, including
all incoming and outgoing call statistics, call feature
controls, and billing.
For instance, users can
modify their call forwarding features by switching their DTI-issued
telephone numbers from one device to another at will. You can
choose to receive all your incoming calls on one of several
devices, whether an IP phone, line emulator, cell phone, land
line or even someone else's telephone number. The changes are
effected as soon as you change your account preferences
online.
If you have more than one
DTI-issued number, you can change which line or device each
number rings on -- you can even have both numbers ring on the same
device, if you wish. It
is also possible to set up your account to bill calls
originating from a different number to your DTI account,
utilizing your account similarly to a calling
