No contract or activation fee is necessary to use DTI's service and there are no restrictions on the time or the day you choose to make your calls. There are no additional fees except for mandated local taxes and federal USF.

To utilize your DTI phone service, you will need a high-speed Internet connection, such as DSL or cable, and a SIP protocol-compatible device, such as telephone set, router, gateway or PC software.
