Use our hosted business VoIP services to enhance your existing telephone service and PBX system with call queues with on-hold music, customized greetings and other features. With these solutions you gain the advantage of our system's adaptive capacity while keeping your current telephone PBX system and telephones in place.

If you have a telephone number, such as a sales line, on which the call volume fluctuates, you often run the risk of not having enough capacity on your existing telephone system to receive and process all the calls you may receive. Rather than lose excess callers to a busy signal, you can use our hosted business voip service to ensure that no one gets a busy signal and all calls get processed.

Here is how it works:

  • Continue to use your current telephone service provider, on-site PBX telephone system and wiring.
  • Get a telephone number, new or ported, for $5.00 per month.
  • We will configure the service to meet your needs. For unlimited call holding capacity, get a call queue for $2.50 per month plus 0.5¢ per minute usage and use your own custom hold music, which may be interspersed with your own messages to relay information or promote your business.
  • When callers call your number(s) they will hear a greeting of your choice (based on day, night and holiday schedules) and their calls processed as per the features you decide to enable. If you decide to use call holding queues, your callers will listen to hold music and messages of your choice while the system rings the telephone numbers (landline or cell) or VoIP phones of your choice. Once the call is answered on one of your telephone lines, the call will be connected it will cease ringing on the other numbers or devices.
  • With our system's adaptive capacity, your callers will never get a busy signal and all calls will be processed. Even if you only have one telephone line, you can have 50 or more people on hold. The capacity of the call holding queue is unlimited.

If your equipment is VoIP-capable

  • Get one or more SIP trunks (aka VoIP telephone lines) for $15.00 each per month. We will give you the settings so you can program your VoIP equipment to connect to our service via the Internet.

If you have non-VoIP equipment

  • Set-up call forwarding extensions for one or more of your current local telephone numbers for $5.00 each per month plus 1¢ per minute usage.

Solution: Sign up for an incoming telephone number with us. With our adaptive capacity, you gain unlimited incoming call capacity and pay per month:
