Conference Rooms

Hold a conference call anytime and anywhere. An interactive conference admin interface allows you to control access to the conference room using a passcode, and you can add, remove and mute individual participants on the fly, as the conference call is in progress. Conference rooms may be accessed either by a dedicated extension on your hosted PBX or at a dedicated telephone number, either local or toll free.

Starting a conference call is easy: no need to dial a complicated series of keys on your telephone set. Simply dial the dedicated access extension or access telephone number and enter the passcode (if required). Use the admin interface to monitor the conference call and see if all participants are present or add more participants (long distance charges may apply if call out to add a new participant is to a number outside your local service area).

Conference Rooms: $2.50 / Mo

Conference rooms cost $2.50 each per month, with a per minute usage cost of 0.5¢ for each participant. Each conference room comes with an administrative web interface; access to the conference room may be password protected.
