We offer several additional features and services that can be added on to your DTI local or toll free account, to enable more functionality and convenience. Several of these features are particularly useful for businesses interested in setting up a more sophisticated telephone system.

Digital VoIP PBX - Combine your VoIP telephone service with our digital VoIP PBX for a truly functional and versatile business telephone system.

FlexyTrack - Integrate additional functionality and productivity tools into your digital PBX from Douglas Telecom. FlexyTrack is an integrated time-, order-, web-, customer-, email-, telephone- and product-management system designed to aid even the busiest of companies with several integrated modules that provide a wide range of functionality. Your FlexyTrack system can be customized to include just the features that you need.

Directory Listing - Unlike most major telecommunications companies, we do not make you pay to have an unlisted phone number. However, if you wish to have your DTI number listed with your local directories, you may request this service for $1/month plus a one-time $10 setup fee. Additional updates are just $5 per request.

Call Processing - For $10.00 / month, create a personalized call processing schedule that allows you to decide when certain calls are rejected, forwarded, sent to voicemail or ring on your line. Calls can be processed by caller id, telephone number, time of day, day of week and more.

Customized Out-going Caller ID - One-time $10.00 set-up fee to customize the caller id displayed to the people you call.

Additional Voice Mail Storage - With your standard DTI service is included one hour of voicemail recording space. Additional voicemail storage for your voicemail box can be purchased in one hour increments for $1.00 per hour per month. Additional voicemail boxes can be added to your account for $1.00 per voicemail box; each voicemail box includes one hour of storage space with the option of adding more.
